RE: TEMPORARY APPROPRIATIONS FOR 2013 Connie – I can tell you that the General Fund has $10,199,615.74 appropriated. That leaves us with a figure of certificated unappropriated $1,609,683.26 – 1.78% higher than the 2012 budget.

BECKY SORRELL & JEFF ADKINS – JFS & CHILDREN SVS. UPDATE

28 Minute mark    520 visitors to the job center in November. Job Center will be rebranded to "Ohio Means Jobs" name and logo. This will be the fourth rebranding in the last 12 years or so.

Some of the companies have been coming in and getting their employees tested through the Work Keys and that has been going pretty well. Testing is every Tuesday at the Job Center.

307 Cash recipients & 25 of them were two parent households.

5681 people on food assistance.

296 new applicants to the programs that we offer at JFS.

1136 phone calls answered by three workers in 19 working days in November.

PREBLE COUNTY BUDGET COMMISSION

Real Estate is down .57%.

LGF was down 28%

Interest down 14.44%

Charges for services down 2.96%

Sales tax down 5.63%  – Qualified as last year the county received an unexpected $540,000 windfall.

Conveyances and other receipts were the only things showing positives.

Expenditures were greater by 4.02%
