17.4 Minute mark    Connie received the MOU from Honeywell and hopes to have it in front of the commission on Monday.

Bureau of Workers Compensation has announced a onetime rebate of $1 billion. Preble County would receive $157,000+.

27 Minute mark    LGF grant for study on merger of county and Eaton dispatch approved. Needed for feasibility study. $50,000 from General Fund will be transferred to cover the cost of study.

Chris and Denise are uncomfortable moving forward without a contract.

EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS COMPENSATION OF A COUNTY EMPLOYEE AND SECURITY AT COURTHOUSE.

Connie to get more information on two quotes and need to work on a letter.

34 Minute mark   Hueston sp? Brothers they have done work on the courthouse. They checked the outside of the courthouse and there is work that needs to be done.  Box gutters also need to be checked.

Dairy farm discussed. Chris Day attended. 31 acres and 125 or so head of cattle. Chris reported 50 – 60 people attended meeting.
