I know this is “Preble411” but the truth is a lot of the overnight stay/tourism business that Preble County benefits from is generated by activities in Richmond, Indiana.  Richmond is a lot closer to New Paris than New Paris is to Eaton and the success on one side of the Stateline impacts the other side.
