31.25  minute mark       Connie – …"Kyle Cross did email me yesterday to let me know that they have scored the as it relates to the LEACHATE forced main RFQ. The committee has scored those interested consultants and have ranked them as follows:

1.   Choice One Engineering

6.   Malcolm Pirnie

Connie – "He has indicated that they will begin negotiating a price with them, these individuals and they formally make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners."

Bob – "All this tells us is that these are the people that have been ranked."

Connie – Exactly.

32.50 minute mark       Connie – on suggested price changes down in Building Regs. County losing money on a couple fees. Public hearing needs to be held to start this process.

Last time they were changed May 31, 2006.

34.50 minute mark       Dave – wants to call and get NIC's fee schedule. (Have an outside county firm do it)  County would get 10% kick back on fees charged.

32.50 minute mark      Connie – Bill Pool called about "Outstanding Senior" award to be held at Educational Service Center not Senior Center.

50.75 minute mark       Dave – "Called and talked to Pat Holmes, I thought it best if she comes in and ahm I told her I could talk to her personally or she could come in but I rather she come in because ahm you guys well know that last year what we heard from most of the residents was the 4H & the Fair. I don't think either of you guys want to be in the middle of April and start hearing a bunch of complaint about what was not done. You know the advisors and kids’ junior Fair Board ahm wanted done so I think it is good to have Pat in. If you guys don't want to have her in I'm gonna still talk to him but ahm I want to hear exactly what her plans are from now till at least after the Fair. Find out if there is any you know anything that we could ahh do or help get volunteers together. I know there is a lot of volunteers helping her already. I just want to make sure that we're on target for one of the best Fair's ever down there.

They don't like to come in and jack up rates, use Preble Fees for about a year and then recommend:

Building permits $200 + $7.50 per hundred square foot of the project. Partials permits $150, +$3 per hundred sq. ft.
