Can't rehire for same thing that a position was abolished for. Partnership for Success Project. Money however, was to retain position. All the funding coming into office for FCSC is currently being spent to pay unemployment. County Commissioners are co-grantees and must approve.

FCSC is partnered with OSU Extension and request for using them to contract. Pat Holmes would have to step down off of FCSC until funding was used next fall. 4H area of OSU Extension gets youth involved and keeps them out justice system and teaches leadership. Could be a win-win all the way around. Bob asked if this money ($63,000) would be eligible for an OSU match? Could possibly add the extra educators. Money has to run through Commissioners and used to partner with OSU Extension. Money would all go to OSU Extension (all of the $63,000). FCSC is a mandated program that has to exist. Temporary fix through end of next year, Pat Holmes is qualified to do the data analysis. Former FCSC coordinator was not interested in coming back as the data analyst.

Money goes directly to commissioners.
