Application for grant that was hoped to save OSU Extension. Preble only county to not have a grant turned in.

Competitive bid required. Pat Holmes contacted as payment is quarterly.

Jewel Bartel had written for grant to save her job but the award did not come in until after she was gone.

Kelli needs to know by mid week 11/21 to know if the county is going forward with it.

Commissioners agree to move forward on it.

Fairground – Pork Festival – Offer To Pay For Study

Dave met Ag Society & Pork Festival in the morning.

Mary Bullen made offer to hire a consultant to do long term planning for the Fairgrounds. Ping ponged back not real crazy about having it on tape. Would rather have it in the evening. Probably at a private residence. Dave "The prosecutor recommends we don't say anything when we are all at an evening meeting like that. It was mentioned that maybe we shouldn't listen to the Prosecutor on everything he says. Connie "You say not to listen to him? Oh my".
