Board of Elections requests $20,000 for legal action against County Commission

This is the audio for the December 16, 2019, Preble County Commission meeting.  I was told there will be no audio for the December 18 meeting due to an equipment issue with the recording.

I recommend listening to the actual audio files provided and draw your own conclusions.

Of concern this meeting is the growing expense of what has turned into a legal case with the Board of Elections.
