1hr.  30 minute mark      Bob – "Explain to me what all your office does?"

Marty  – "Well we handle all the zoning for the county all the unincorporated territories and some of the small villages are under our jurisdiction. We handle the flood plain; we handle finding addresses, complaints. The Appeals Board, the Zoning Commission, the Planning Commission, we get the packets ready for all those board hearings. Kind of a jack of all trades I am down there."

Marty – Right, she is the Building Clerk plus she is the Zoning Clerk.

Dave – When Miami County comes in, Cindy has pretty much done all the preparation for it?

Marty – Correct.

They would like assurances on the $12,600 and a part time employee. They want someone in there with some knowledge. At some point they may put $26,000 a side. Right now they can't pull $26,000 out of their budget.

Dave (Kleingers) – They want work force availability, basic demographic type of stuff but no.

DDC – Because in terms, I mean, I was on one of the JRS review panels in Cleveland…..  How many jobs will this project create over time?

3 hr.  3  minute mark     DDC – not a lot going on right now, people are not building green field manufacturing, they are looking for existing space, we've seen those kid of projects.
