Commissioner Wesler – I would probably say so yeah.

Commissioner Day – You got an hour and a half for Bob. joking  Bob has got five minutes for going through the grant. And then ahhh what we have done to date. I am assuming you want Jay and David (Kleingers) to go over what has been done, where we are at, where we are going.

Commissioner Wesler – Because I told Connie when we first engaged them to present to scale that down to 20 – 30 minutes.

Commissioner Day –  I'm going to say do you want it that long?

Commissioner Wesler – Whatever it is going to do to satisfy what they need to do there.

Commissioner Day –  I'm thinking

Commissioner Wesler – I'm talking about most all of this Chris, right there to be 20 – 30 minutes.  All that down to even Frank Leone and

1 hr. 50.5 Minute mark   Commissioner Wesler –   …with what you're saying then where does that go with the Ag Society?

Commissioner Day – Well there is a little different scenario. They're given the responsibility to maintain and operate that facility…. To me that is their responsibility to maintain those buildings.

Commissioner Stonecash – …a piece of paper and three people are going to interpret it different ways. Yeah we own the grounds but the people of Preble County own the grounds

Commissioner Day – You're correct.

Commissioner Stonecash – That also includes the buildings, same as it does out there. So is it our responsibility to give refurbish these buildings down here? If we are going to do that? — I think we need clarification and we need to see if there is paper work as to what that agreement was…
