CHIP – $25,000 money used. Two mortgages – 1 with CHIP and another with Habitat.

Short discussion by David on communities coming up for renewal. This is something where the whole county (not on rural co-op) needs to be marketed together or with a group of counties. It makes a difference and saves people money.    Dixon, Jefferson, Monroe and Jackson are currently the only townships on board.

1 hr. 4 Minute mark   Guard rail issue going back to 2008. Late payment issue and garnishing of wages for the repair – cost $1,644.13. Individual (name on audio) currently owes $1,611.75. Connie reports that woman works at Heartland of Eaton. Payment was to be $25 a month. Commission instructs Connie to move forward on garnishing of wages.

KELLI OTT, MENTAL HEALTH BOARD – HOUSE BILL 59

On becoming a 14 members. Commission would maintain 8 seats & State would have 6 seats.

There are currently openings as only 11 seats are filled. There will be 3 open and two of those are commission appointments.
