Commissioner Wesler – Connie the receipts over expenditures, it's getting pretty close…$118,000 (Children's Services) still has to come out of that correct? Probable worry over deficit spending for second year in a row?

Connie – Correct.

17 Minute mark   Barn down at Recycling. C.A. Shingledecker will take it down for $1,800. Landfill personal can transfer it to Landfill but will have to go over farm land. Decision to do it when ground is frozen. Would cost an additional $2,500 to have Shingledecker take it to the road or another $1,800 if he took it down and crossed the farm ground.

22 Minute mark   Frank House declined reappointment to Board of Zoning Appeals.

30.75 Minute mark   Commissioner Wesler – Connie did everybody comply with what we requested on our budget letter?

Connie- There were a few that didn't.

Commissioner Wesler – What were they?

Commissioner Robertson reports that an Amish company out of Indiana will take down the barn at the land fill for the right to the wood they want and pay the county $500. Then the county would have to only pay to clear the left over.
