I was talking to someone and was asked if I had heard that an out of the county Caterer is handling the Preble County Chamber’s golf outing.  I think the idea was I should report it.  Those who read the August 6, commission review will know that I already did.  I am not a member of the Preble Chamber; it is up to their membership whether the Preble Chamber supports Preble County Caters and businesses.  The Preble Chamber membership votes on their leadership and they need to take responsibility for that leadership’s actions.

Yes, it would really tick me off if I ran a business that caters events like this and I was not contacted by an organization that I feel is basically supposed to support and promote Preble County businesses.  Now maybe every Caterer in Preble County was busy on August 29 (the time mentioned on the audio), I don’t know.  If you know a Caterer ask them.
