31 minute mark      Bob – "Do you guys have any desire to talk about what is going on with the Chamber and their efforts to establish this foundation and where we play a part in the foundation? Or whether we pursue economic development director request that they be a resource for the economic director? I guess who, who do we think should be in the position to have control over the office? Do we want to be separated? Do we want to be the people in charge? I think pretty soon we gotta step up and let that know that we know about let this go on its own path.

Dave – I thought you had a, I thought you were sort of interested in going back to Van Wert County and researching a little bit more there.

Bob – "Well yeah I was gonna do it yesterday.

Dave – "I know what you are going to day" (laughing)

Bob – "Well things kind of developed and fell apart so it’s no big deal. In saying that, I think the three of us should go and Connie should go and maybe take Matt with us"

Dave – "That would be fine"

Bob – "and visit that situation"

Bob – “What do you think? Where you see that going? Where we see this going guys? I think we need to talk about it. I see things unfolding, history repeats itself. I think we have people with good intentions.

Chris –  So you’re wanting to part of with what the chamber is doing?

Bob – I didn't say that. I'm just concerned about how it is going about. I think they have a great idea but how do you see this being any different other than other than that $25,000 that one company has pledged? I'm just asking questions. You know we can't ignore it and all of a sudden ahh Matt comes in here and says here it is.

Dave – Ahhm I would say you heard that if you're concerned about that, that you heard what we heard up in Van Wert. I would get an appointment back up there and get Chris and Connie and Matt and let’s pay them another visit.

Bob – I think it is a good idea. And even if the Chamber then follows that pattern I don't have with that but we do need public and private participation

Dave – Yes

Bob – But for people who say government screwed that last deal up aaaahhh that's not exactly true, the public had an awful lot to do with it. People that were mainly involved with private individuals.

36 minute mark      Bob – Planning Board appointments, do we have a did you come up with a name? We still have a vacancy on the Planning Board.

Research Soil & Water some more.

37 minute mark      Ditch hearings discussion.

39.75 minute mark      Bob – it seems to me that, that $40,000 could be offset with proper management. (Discussion centers on it being self sufficient and not needing money from General Fund) Kim says ORC requires that it be.

42 minute mark      Kim – has RFP for gas Landfill Project.

Discussion on the PRICE of proposed new Landfill Building.

55.5  minute mark     Dave – I think it would be a good idea sometime shortly to have a Information Session for the general public and have an evening meeting where we can ahh where this could be ahh proposed and talked about and discussed. Because if I am the public, I've heard a lot of you know $750,000 figure and to me I still say it’s going backwards here when we are trying to hit the highest figure possible for enticing somebody here and and ahh Then trying to move on it after you get the price and here once that's what you’re going to hear the Landfill still owes us approximately $750,000. If we are going to be bringing revenue in from this gas a lot of the people who pay the assessments each month, each year are going to wonder why isn't this something that is getting used to lower my assessments? So, I think we have several things to look at here. I mean ahh I've heard mostly about an administration building that seems to be extremely large proportions.  And ahmm without the thought yet of knowing whether Solid Waste will move to there or not. And Ahmm with some of these things it seems like we are getting the cart before the horse on some of this stuff.

57  minute mark     Bob – So you're saying we should have an informational meeting?

Dave – Well I think we have informational meetings for other issues. I tell you what this is a long term project, like they said it’s for the life of the landfill. I think it important to bring the public up to speed. And to so we can put a reasonable administration building, scales for the future and also talk about a maintenance building for some of this quarter of a million dollar equipment that can't be brought in side now. We had meetings for the PTI's, when we made the assessments we had evening meetings.

Bob – I don't have a problem with that. We have to talk to the public to keep them informed about what we are doing.

Dave – why can't that be part of ahh you ask him if he accepts? When's a good time for him to start you know?

Bob – we can do that

1 hr. 45 minute mark    Bob – First of April is a beginning of a pay period I believe.

Connie – what day is that?

Bob – a Monday
