This is the video of the March 5, 2018 New Paris Village Council meeting, I was out of town yesterday so I picked up the video today. The council accepted the resignation of Mayor Van Winkle (not at meeting). The meeting opened with Kathy Smallwood informing the council of a letter and she was then sworn in as Mayor.
