Preble County Art Association – Oinkers for Art

The Preble County Art Association is hosting 10 teams to paint 10 piggies for Oinkers for Art, a collaboration between the PCAA and the Preble County Pork Festival. Everyone is welcome at the Visual Art Center on Friday, August 22nd, 6pm-8pm to cheer on your favorite pig painting team. The painted pigs will then be placed on SR 127 and SR 35 near the downtown intersection to promote the Pork Festival parade. The pigs will then be in displayed at Rotary Junction at the Pork Festival where festival goers will have the opportunity to vote and bid on their favorite pig. The evening will also celebrate the opening of Selections from the Dayton Visual Arts Center’s 23rd Annual Open Member’s Show: Plane, Plain, Plein’. The exhibit will be on display from August 22nd through October 3rd.
