File 11

Commissioner Wesler – brings up calls from 4H parents. Since we have some unclaimed monies… as a good faith…  It's real that it may close."  As a good faith effort we should pay another $34,000 for second quarter. Pat has really not done any reductions yet. She says they need 4.5 people to offer 4H. At least pay the $34,000.

3:30 minute mark: Commissioner Stonecase – "Are saying make Dr. Wright happy? Dr. Wright needs to make us happy. .. do we really owe that $34,000?

Dave – Extension was cut $102,000

Commissioner Day – had very good meeting with Dwight Harris & Keith Schmidt.   "I just point blank told them."-  "I said guys we've asked, three times now, from Pat and Dr.Wright. What is it going to take to bare bones with a heavy emphasis on 4H. We want to know where your priorities are. We want to know what your priorities are on 4H." – "I said, I am very very disappointed in Dr. Wright." That we have asked for this and we have not got any answers… he told us we paid up front and now he says we don't pay up front. Talk of regionalization and if Preble is getting their money worth if Pat is not in local office.

Dave: "Pat is using her emergency monies right now, she is going to run out of money earlier than what she expected. I do think if we would go ahead on give here $34,247. What is according to Dr. Wright the second quarter bill. It would be a good faith effort to have him come back and tell us even better what we need to be at." "Pat said 4 and a half people is the bare minimum she can have to run 4H."

Chris: "My question is that if we pay this bill they are going to continue to do business as usual and then there is going to be another bill."

Dave: One more article that I think Eddie Mowen has to put in the paper.

16.30 mark Chris: "We all know where rumors come from." Chuckle in back ground
