County to Sell Le Paul property on U.S. 40? – Hueston Woods bridge

7.75 Minute mark    Connie – ..Ok I wanted to also pass out the ahh we were wanting to get our zoning code in a good format in order for us to maintain from that point on. I had ahh sent down to Katie and Chad a copy of this which I received from American Legal Publishing. I sent that down May 4th and we just recently reviewed it together, I believe it was yesterday morning. And I think it is the first we will be able to get ahh our zoning code in Microsoft Word format with single print. I think right now apparently you must have something is it a narrow print?

Chris Day – What we have got? Oh it is a disaster.

Katie Worthington – Ok ahh I have spoken with the Auditor on this and done some research. I do understand as far as the state as the clean-up all that, it's clean-up everything is taken care of as far as that goes. I know that Mr. Le Paul would like to just hand us over the property, just give it to us. Le Paul property on U.S. 40   … $35,000 – $40,000 in taxes on the property. Katie recommends letting it go through tax foreclosure.
